WHAT IS ELECTRONIC LICENSE / ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

When you purchase electronic license you receive unique license keys as codes or files sent to the e-mail address provided with the order. By purchasing electronic license you will not receive cd/dvd disks, boxes, or printed guides. This way we are able to lower the price, you do not pay any shipping costs and the order is completed quicker.
Electronic license is in no way limited and does not differ functionally from the license that came with the box. The license keys along with proof of purchase are enough to confirm the legality of the purchased software. Note: After delivery is completed the electronic license can not be returned.

WHICH TYPE OF LICENSE TO CHOOSE

While placing an order for some products you will find several types of licenses with different prices. By default, there are five basic types (and their combinations):

Basic (or new) license - is intended for users who are not currently using particular software and do not have any special discount.

EDU license - designed for primary and secondary schools as well as universities and other public educational institutions. The decision to grant EDU discount belongs to the manufacturer of the solution.

GOV license - designed for public and government institutions: army, police, courts, municipalities etc. The decision to grant GOV discount belongs to the manufacturer of particular solution.

Renewal - license for users who decide to continue using particular solution for next period of time. It may be required to provide proof of a license (eg. by entering its number in the comment field while putting an order).

Competitive upgrade - special discount compensating the efforts with migration from one solution to another. Using this discount requires proof of a license for other commercial software with analogous functionality.

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE

Latest versions of the software are provided by the manufacturers on their servers. You will receive links for download installation files along with the license keys by email. You can also find the appropriate links on the product pages in our store. If you are unsure about which package to download, please contact us.

CAN I TRY THE PROGRAM BEFORE BUYING

Most manufacturers offer trial versions of the software allowing to evaluate products for a specified period of time (usually 30 days). After purchasing the full version you do not need to uninstall the program from a computer - usually all you have to do is to open settings window and activate received license.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE ORDER

Delivery time depends on the products purchased and selected method of payment. Orders are executed after the payment is received.

Traditional payment by bank transfer may take several days. If you use the services for instant payment, like PayPal, it takes only few minutes to collect the fee so we can complete an order. In some cases this means generating individual license keys, which can take from few minutes up to several days, depending on the particular manufacturer and sometimes the chosen solution. In most cases you will receive your license same or next business day after the order.

HOW TO GET RID OF A VIRUS

Depending on the type of infection, removing the threat can be very simple or can lead to a loss of data and the need to comply with complex, labor-intensive operations. There is no single, always working treatment for each type of infection, but you can look for hints in our guides and use one of free Rescue Disks available here.
