When purchasing products you will be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address and payment method. These informations are required to complete the order.

When contacting us via contact form, email or phone you provide us with some of your personal information, eg. name, email address, phone number etc.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for any purposes without your explicit consent.

Information collected when you register will be used to allow you to access to your account.

Information collected when you place an order will be used to complete your order, including receiving the payment and delivery of products. Your personal information may be transfered to third parties when it is necessary to complete the order - eg. to shipping company or payment services. These third parties will not use your information for other purposes. It is required to provide this information if you want to place an order.

Information collected when you contact us will be used solely to answer your question.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

After you login to your account you may enter My Personal Information and My Addresses sections to make appropriate modifications or to delete your personal information. Information provided to complete your order cannot be changed or deleted because they are part of the bill or invoice.

We obtained your personal data directly from you when creating an account at the Killvir.eu store, as well as later, when using the functionality of the store.

We are entitled to process your personal data as it is necessary for the provision of services, including the processing of your orders.

  • we provide you with electronic services, including the possibility of full use of the Killvir.eu store;
  • we enable you to create and manage an account and to monitor your orders and their history;
  • We enable you to place and fulfill orders in the store;
  • we provide support for the inquiries and requests that you address to us;
  • we provide you with the opportunity to opt out of providing electronic services, including the request to close your account.

If you make a purchase in our shop, the law requires us to process your data for accounting and tax purposes.

The provision of personal data by you is required in order to fulfill your orders (name, surname, address, e-mail address). If you do not provide the information listed above, it will not be possible to process your orders. The provision of other personal data by you is voluntary.

We assure you that we will exercise all your rights: the right to access your personal data, correct your data, delete them, restrict their processing, the right to transfer them, not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Your personal data may be passed on to third parties (contractors, payment operators, accountancy offices) if it is necessary to provide services at the Killvir.eu store. If required to do so by law, we will share your personal information with authorized parties, including competent judicial authorities. Where necessary, we may transfer your personal information to public authorities for the purpose of combating fraud and abuse.

What is the storage period for your personal data?

We store your personal data for the duration of the sales contract and after its termination, but not for longer than 10 years from the date of its termination.

We are obliged to keep personal data processed on the basis of accounting and tax regulations for a period of 5 years after the end of the year in which the deadline for payment of the tax expired.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, but if this happens, we are only entitled to process it for the duration of the contract between us or until you have submitted a valid objection.

Complaints about incorrect processing of personal data

You can put a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Warszawa, ul. Stawki 2) or it's equivalent EU authorities.
